We, the Righteous Order of Macrobial Empires officially declare our existence this day, the 30th of May.

Article I: Structure
R.O.M.E. is a Monarchy headed by a Caesar, the official monarch and sole sovereign of the alliance.
Below the Caesar is the Tribune, the official heir and second in command.
All other positions are distributed at the will of Caesar.
Article II: Membership
Any nation may join R.O.M.E. provided they are in good standing with R.O.M.E., its affiliates, sign up on our forums and post an application.
Article III: Amendments
Any member may submit a motion to amend the charter. Discussion of the amendment will take place for a period of no less than 3 days and requires a 2/3 majority vote for the motion to pass.
